Aleksandar Vasiljevic OAM has dedicated over 40 years to advancing the glass industry globally. As the driving force behind GlassKote’s global expansion, his career spans float glass manufacturing, toughening, laminating, and pioneering decorative glass coating technologies. He has operated in complex markets—from Libya to North America, and built meaningful connections across business, government, and culture. Beyond industry, Aleksandar is also a patron of the arts and founder of the Alex Theatre in Melbourne, Australia. His leadership combines strategic foresight with hands-on experience, and his legacy is marked by innovation, integrity, and global impact.
Don Beggs - Business Development Advisor
Don Beggs, a visionary leader in digital transformation and strategic business development, joins the advisory and governing boards of CRYION Technologies and GlassKote Float Glass Industries. As Managing Director of Datacom information Systems for over 39 years, Mr. Beggs has pioneered Digital Transformation and digital preservation for Corporations, Government and institutions across Australia and internationally, thus steering DATACOM Information SYSTEMS to become a trusted supplier for government and corporations alike.
His leadership is marked by securing exclusive rights to advanced technologies across the digital transformation spectrum and forging strategic Partnerships with many international organisation. Mr. Beggs brings a philosophy of ensuring technology genuinely enhances business and personal life. His expertise in navigating complex digital landscapes, driving market leadership, and fostering operational efficiency will be invaluable to both CRYION Technologies’ technological innovation and GlassKote Float Glass Industries’ strategic objectives, particularly in material longevity and circular economy principles.
Kishore Bardeja - Investment Advisor
Kishore Bardeja is a commercial strategist with over 30 years of experience in international trade, project finance, and strategic planning. At GlassKore Technologies, he leads the financial team, establishing the fiscal frameworks necessary to scale breakthrough research into global industrial applications. His expertise ensures GlassKote’s technological roadmap is supported by sustainable, scalable financial structures.
Previously, Kishore held senior leadership and Director roles across the industrial sector, including the Centre for Pavement Excellence Asia Pacific (CPEAP). By leveraging his experience in multi-million-dollar supply chains and cross-border operations, he provides the financial agility required for sovereign-scale infrastructure. Kishore is instrumental in securing the capital and partnerships needed to transition GlassKote’s next-generation technology to the global stage.

Bill Keating is an accomplished executive and strategic strategist celebrated for his exceptional ability to evaluate, optimise, and scale complex technological business ventures.
